It is a moment of great pride and satisfaction to share that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants Housing Foundation Bill 2025 has been unanimously passed by the Provincial Assembly and has received the kind assent of the Honorable Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. With this historic enactment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Foundation Act 2025 now stands as a landmark achievement towards fulfilling the long-cherished aspiration of government servants for secure and affordable housing through regular salary deductions at source.

This milestone has been accomplished under the able guidance of the Honorable Assistant to the Chief Minister for Housing and with the continued support of the worthy Secretary Housing. The Provincial Government is actively pursuing reforms to strengthen service delivery across departments, and the Housing Foundation, under this new legal framework, is fully committed to delivering on its mandate in line with this vision.

The enactment of this Act reflects the resolve of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to serve its employees with dedication and to transform the Housing Foundation from project mode into a regular, sustainable entity. Together, we look forward to translating this vision into reality for the welfare of our government servants.
